Phillip P. Gennarelli - President
Mr. Gennarelli manages the day-to-day commercial activities of company. He has been active in sales, marketing and business development activities for over thirty years in senior management experience in the energy sector. He was associated with BP Amoco, Unocal, Reliant Energy/HL&P, Indeck Energy, Hadson Gas Systems, and Kinder Morgan/Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America (NGPL). He is also President & CEO of FirstPower Energy Texas, LLC, an Austin-based energy investment company focused on managing Mr. Gennarelli’s family trust.
In the early ‘80s, he was selected by Midcon’s Chairman to participate in the American Gas Association’s Loaned Executive Program. Based in AGA’s Washington, DC headquarters, as AGA’s Manager of Regulatory Affairs he was instrumental in testifying and representing the trade association before the FERC, DOE, and Congress on several interstate natural gas pipeline open access initiatives (Order 436 et al) during the first Reagan administration. He led several industry task forces that included Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA), Natural Gas Supply Association (NGSA), financial institutions, and local PUC staffs. As a Senior Vice President, he managed the fuel supply and transportation operations and development groups of several US energy companies: Hadson Gas Systems, Amoco Energy Trading, and Indeck Energy. In addition to his domestic US experience, he was Vice President Business Development for the international business units of Reliant/HL&P’s Europe region and Unocal’s Europe/Middle East regions.
Mr. Gennarelli was a founding member of the Steering Committee for the Coalition for Green Capital, a consortium of 150 industry leaders including renewable resource developers, original equipment manufacturers, investors, financial advisors and consultants. The consortium created the concept for a US-Treasury funded energy bank focused on green energy investments and sustainable energy jobs in renewable power and transmission infrastructure in the US. The Coalition supported the US Green Bank Act (H.R. 1698) proposed by Congressman Chris VanHollens (D-MD).
Mr. Gennarelli is active in the Austin community and is currently assisting the Austin Technology Incubator, the startup incubator at the University of Texas in Austin, in expanding ATI’s marketing reach beyond Texas.
Don Jordan – Managing Director, Jordan Capital Management, LLC
Mr. Jordan, is the Chairman & CEO of Jordan Capital Management and the retired Chairman of the Board and CEO of Reliant Energy, Inc., having served in that capacity for 23 years. Reliant’s principal subsidiaries during Mr. Jordan’s tenure included Houston Lighting & Power, the electric utility for Houston, Texas with a generating fleet of 14,000 MWs of diversified (coal, nuclear, oil, and natural gas) generation capacity. In addition, Mr. Jordan has had a distinguished career throughout the energy industry. He has served as Chairman of the Edison Electric Institute, Chairman of the Electric Power Research Institute, Vice-Chairman of the National Electric Reliability Council, founding board member of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations, Chairman of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, Chairman of the United States Energy Association, and President of the World Energy Council headquartered in London, England. He now holds the title of Honorary Lifetime President of the World Energy Council. He is a member of the Texas Hall of Fame.
Mr. Jordan also served as Chairman & CEO of a successful oil and gas exploration company, a high growth oriented cable television company and a national rail transportation company. Civic and statewide contributions include serving as Chairman and President of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, Chairman of both the Houston Chamber of Commerce and the Texas Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board of South Texas College of Law and Director of the Texas Medical Center and the Texas Heart Institute among many others. He currently serves as a Director of AEGIS Insurance Services, Inc. and BJ Services Company. A Corpus Christi native, Mr. Jordan received a bachelor's degree in industrial management from the University of Texas and a law degree from the South Texas College of Law.
Tim Unger – Partner, Andrews & Kurth, LLP
Mr. Unger is a member of the Policy Committee and co-chair of the Business Transactions practice. Tim represents a variety of corporate and institutional clients. In recent years, his practice has focused on mergers and acquisitions and project development and financing, including project finance and structured finance as well as mergers and acquisitions primarily in the energy (both upstream, midstream and downstream) and chemical business both domestic and international. He has worked on numerous energy transactions in North and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Projects include acquisition and financing of oil and gas properties, pipelines, electric transmission, power generation, petrochemical, LNG, and renewable generation.

Vernon T. Jones - VTJ Consulting, LLC
Mr. Jones has an accomplished background in energy transmission, regulation, marketing, bankruptcy and corporate development. His consulting client list includes energy consumers, pipelines, small and large producers, gatherers, processors, marketers, power project developers, professional services firms, and investors requiring assistance over a wide variety of project assignments.
His most recent projects include providing bankruptcy consulting, expert witness, asset and going concern valuation for transaction and tax purposes, management/organization consulting, mergers and acquisitions advice services.
